Inspection Knowledge and Experience – The Alliston Home Inspector is a Certified Building Code Official with Ontario Building Officials Association.  This designation requires passing both Part 9 and Part 3 Building Code requirements.

The two of the OBOA’s standards are Education and Training….. Upon completion of required education and municipal experience, a Government Member can apply to receive the professional designation CBCO (Certified Building Code Official).
