Alliston Home Inspection Guarantee – Good For 30 Days
The Alliston Home Inspection Guarantee is good for 30 days after you take possession of your new home. This allows you time to observe anything that you were not aware of when you purchased the home. Some companies will advertise a 90 day Guarantee, but when you read the fine print, you find it is only good for 22 days after you take possession of your new home and others have a guarantee that is only good during the actual home inspection. Caveat Emptor – Buyer Beware.
Alliston Home Inspector Training
During Roger’s employment as DND Project Review he took all the required Part 9, Part 10, Part 11, Part 12 and Part 3 courses to obtain his designation as a Certified Building Code Official with the Ontario Building Code Officials Association. This is the same designation that your local municipality’s Chief Building Official has. Each course is a week long and courses are only available in Toronto or other major city training centers.
Roger has also completed the Carson & Dunlop Home Inspectors course. Certified Level One for Mould Inspections, performs Air Quality Testing and Asbestos Testing Services.
Alliston Home Inspection – Your Last Visit Prior to Closing
The Alliston Home Inspection Report always advises his clients to schedule their last Home Visit just prior to closing. This allows you the opportunity to run any equipment, mechanical systems and appliances to ensure they are operating correctly. The onus is on the seller to ensure all these items are in operating condition.
After closing, when you are moving in, if you notice any problems with any of the equipment, mechanical systems or appliances, you should notify your Realtor and Lawyer right away. While it is easier to have items repaired or replaced prior to taking possession, it can still be rectified if you notify everyone as soon as possible.
